Ring Sizes
Ring sizes are based on the circumference and diameter of your ring finger, as such, measurements can be converted from any international standard using the conversion table on our Ring Size Guide.
Shipping Information
You can indicate your shipping address, internationally or to a United States address, through our online checkout. Please be sure to enter your billing details exactly as they appear on your credit card. All packages are shipped with insurance and tracking to ensure you receive your rings safely. We often ship to forwarding services upon request and please note additional identity verification may be required for such a request. Payments Details
You can buy online from anywhere in the world, simply indicate your accurate billing details during checkout. We accept any credit or debit card bearing a Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express logo and all payments are billed in US Dollars (USD). Please contact your financial institution for further details on any fees your bank may charge.
Our no-fee layaway is available for international customers the same as domestic customers, however, financing through our partners is currently not available.
Customs & Duties
While My Trio Rings does not collect international taxes, please be aware that customers are responsible for any duties or taxes which their government may impose upon delivery of their rings. Customers must fulfill this obligation to their local government and unpaid duties on unclaimed deliveries will be deducted from any refunds issued.
Warranty, Returns, & Servicing
We honor the warranty on our rings no matter where you live! To maintain our affordable pricing for all couples we serve, international customers are required to cover shipping costs to and from our servicing facilities in the event of a return, exchange, or repair.
