As an e-Commerce company based out of New York City, we have been working diligently to follow guidelines set forth by the NYC Department of Health in order to protect our team, our families and our couples (https://coronavirus.health.ny.gov).

We are currently up and running, working to bring our couples the authentic and affordable rings they have been looking for. Our production and customer service teams are working hard to support our couples in any way they can. We’re putting 110% effort into keeping you updated on any and all updates as we receive them from our crafting facilities and our local department of health.

  • If you are concerned about receiving your order on time for an upcoming event, please reach out to our team by replying to your order confirmation email. You may cancel at anytime and receive a full refund of your purchase if we cannot meet your timeline or expectations.
