  • Our online showroom, is open 24 hours a day as usual. You can browse or purchase from hundreds of styles from the comfort of your home; most of our vast selection can be tried on at home through our online Try It On, which allows you to try on rings remotely! With retail stores closing, we’re even more confident in the variety of our selection, from Affordable Diamond Rings to Plus Size styles, all the way through our Hypoallergenic Nickel-free matching ring sets.
  • Our website provides real-time delivery dates based on our crafting facilities’ production schedules. All dates on the site and our filter are up to date with our latest crafting schedules. Once you place an order, our crafting team will do their best to ensure on time delivery and pro-actively contact you as outlined below if any changes arise. You always have the ability to cancel and receive a full refund of your purchase if we cannot meet your expectations.
  • If you’re considering our no-fee layaway plan, we do not anticipate any delays to your order if your schedule ends after April 21st, 2020. With online layaway, you will lock in today’s affordable prices while making small & manageable payments over time.

Existing Customers

  • As the Governor of New York has ordered all non-essential workforce to stay home, our crafting team is awaiting the safe opportunity as to resume operations. Please monitor your email for updates from our team if your order is impacted by a delay.
  • If you are concerned about receiving your order on time for an upcoming event, please feel free to reach out to our team by replying to your order confirmation email. You always have the ability to cancel and receive a full refund of your purchase if we cannot meet your expectations.
  • If you have a Layaway Plan and cannot make current payments, we’re providing a 3-month extension on current plans to stretch out into even smaller, more affordable plans. If you require a layaway plan extension, please request one in your Layaway Manager here.
