We are happy to announce that our warranty for all rings has been extended from 90 days to 1 year! This warranty covers any and all manufcaturing defects for 1 year since you purchased the rings. If you do encounter any problems at all, we will pay for all parts, labor and shipping.

We launched MyTrioRings.com over a year ago and we have yet to hear our first customer complain about a manufacturing defect that sprung up after the warranty expired. In fact, only 1 customer has contacted us in regards to having a physical problem with their rings after their warranty had expired. A few months ago our customer dropped her engagement ring in the parking lot and had it run over by oncoming cars! Considering getting run over by cars the ring held up quite well. The ring did separate from the shank but we were able to repair that for only 40 dollars at the customers expense. Theres not much we can do about cars running over our rings, but we can say for certain that our rings are made with the highest quality standards and so we can guarantee our work. Since its the same for us to gurantee them for 90 days or 1 year, we decided we might as well just raise our warranty to 1 year. If during the 1 year you haven't had any manufacturing problems, you can be pretty sure you won't have any problems after that. We hope this will make you more confident in purchasing from us as well as allowing you to be assured that you will not have any problems with your rings.
