Is white gold made of real gold?

Yes, white gold rings are made of gold and get the shiny white/silver look by adding certain alloys to the gold. The gold content in our white gold adhers to the FTC requirements and is then covered with a layer of Rhodium to give it a shine. Rhodium is actually a metal that is more expensive than gold and can tend wear off over time. It is recommended that white gold rings be maintained by adding a “re-polish” of Rhodium every 6 to 12 months of wear. For inquiries of re-polishing, give us a call at 877-302-3776!

What size are your rings?

We carry rings in standard (Size 7 for Women and 10 for Men) sizes but offer free re-sizing service on all orders. For more information on sizing, and tips on selecting the correct size, see our ring size guide page or have a for a free ring sizer sent to your door!

Are these diamonds real?

Yes. All our diamonds are authentic and naturally mined. We do not offer or sell cubic zirconia or "lab-made" diamonds, so you can be confident in the authenticity of your purchase.

What Is A Trio Wedding Ring Set?

Do I get a gift box with my wedding rings?

Definitely, every order comes with a free ring box! There are so many things to be thinking about when preparing for the big day; the ring box is just one less thing to worry about!

Where are the rings manufactured?

All of our jewelry is manufactured in our factories in India on state of the art equipment operated by skilled craftsman. MyTrioRing's parent company has been in the industry for over 45 years specializing in a mines to market business.

Can I come in and view your rings in person?

My Trio Rings is an eCommerce outlet, unfortunately at this time there is no showroom open to the public. However, with our hassle free return policy, we make sure that each customer is 100% satisfied with their purchase.

Are the diamonds conflict-free?

The diamonds offered by MyTrioRings.com have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict abroad and in compliance with United Nations resolutions. Our diamonds are guaranteed to be conflict free to the best of our knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by supplier of these diamonds.

Can I customize my ring?

Whats the difference between comfort fit and regular fit?

Comfort fit or regular fit? The basic difference is in the contour of the rings. A regular ring shaft is flat, or concave to the finger while the comfort fit is more convex to the finger. Comfort fit bands are designed with a rounded inside so they slide on easier and sit on your finger more comfortably, as the name suggests.

Our rings come standard in Regular fit to help keep costs down, however we are happy to offer any of our products in comfort fit. Give us a call at 877-302-3776!

How do I checkout?

To checkout, please go to the page with the rings you are interested in. Closer to the bottom of the page there will be an area to select the Mens and Womens ring size you wish to buy. Once you have selected the ring size, then click on the "Add to Cart" button. The page will then automatically scroll up and show you that the rings have been added to the cart. On the tab that slides down, click the "Show Cart" button. If you don't see the "Show cart" button then on the top of the page, click "Cart" and a tab will pop out with a "Show Cart" button. Once you have clicked the button you will be asked to verify your order and enter your credit card. How safe is my credit card when purchasing?

How does the layaway plan work?

The Layaway Plan is a convenient and easy way for you to pay for a big purchase by breaking it into pieces and paying for it over time. You can choose among our various options for how you want to break the total amount up into several separate payments over the coming weeks or months. Once you have made all the payments, we will ship you your purchase. Of course if you call or email us, we are happy to process early payments.

Do you accept Google Checkout?

Yes, we accept Google Checkout. To pay using Google Checkout, add your selection to the shopping cart and follow the regular checkout procedure. On the last page of the checkout, you will see an option to pay with Google Checkout.

Can I make additional layaway payments?

Yes, at any point in time you can send us an email or call us and we can charge an additional payment towards your layaway plan. Once the payment has been made we will go ahead and adjust your layaway plan to reflect the payment.

Can I end a layaway plan early?

Yes, you can pay off your entire layaway plan early if you like. However, we can not guarantee the availability of the ring(s) if you end the plan early. If the rings are out of stock then they would be shipped as soon as they arrive in stock. If you are looking to pay your layaway plan off early we recommend that you contact a representative to let them know so that we can plan to ship accordingly.

Do I have to pay tax on the rings?

There is tax only in the states of New York and Massachusetts.

Shipping and Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

How long does it take for items to be shipped to me?

Orders ship out from our New York location, no more than 3 business days of your order. After that, our standard free shipping takes 3-5 business days anywhere within the United States. We also offer the option of overnight shipping for a small additional charge. Our most up-to-date shipping rates, times and delivery guarantees will be be stated upon checkout and within your order confirmation email.

Is overnight shipping available?

Is my shipment insured?

All ring orders are shipped via an insured method through the chosen carrier and is included in the shipping rates mentioned on our shiping page. Your shipment is safe, and in the unlikely event that something goes wrong, we have you covered. Simply call us and we’ll gladly help you out.

Do I need to be physically present to receive the shipment?

Yes, our shippers will require a signature to deliver the package. This is for your protection, to ensure that your rings are not left unattended at your doorstep. We recommend you have the ring shipped to a location where you or someone responsible will be present to sign for the package. To find out normal delivery hours for your area, contact the carrier customer service once you receive your tracking number on an order.

Do you offer international shipping?

How do I track my order?

To see if your order has been shipped, you can log into your MyTrioRings account and click "My Orders". Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can click the tracking link provided in the email and see detailed updates of the status of your order.

What happens if my rings are lost in shipping?

Don't worry! We fully insure our rings when they are shipped. In case they are lost in transit, My Trio Rings will work with the carrier to identify where the shipment was lost and replace the rings if required.

Returns, Repairs and Warranty

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days of the date of receipt, for a full refund or exchange. For more information, please refer to our return policy.

Do you offer repairs?

Under our Extended 90-day Warranty, we will gladly repair any defects or reasonable damage free of charge. All our repairs are professionally done to the highest quality standards, by trained jewelers.

After the warranty period, we will still continue to offer the same level of quality repair service at a nominal cost depending on the extent of damage. Once we receive the item we will quote the cost to you before making any repairs.

Is there a warranty on jewelry ordered through the website?

We offer a 90-day warranty free on all our products. This covers all manufacturer’s defects as well as accidental damage to a reasonable extent. See our return policy page for more details, or give us a call and we will be happy to assist you with your repair.
