Where are our rings manufactured?

All of our rings are manufactured at our factories in India on state of the art equipment operated by skilled craftsman who are trained with over four generations of expertise in the diamond and jewelry industry! My Trio Ring's was founded with the backing of a family business that has been in the diamond industry for over 45 years, specializing in a mines to market business approach allowing us to offer beautiful jewelry at unbeatable prices!

How do I know which diamond cut I want?

Round Brilliant Cut Diamonds

The round brilliant is the most popular and common diamond shape. It is mathematically designed to provide maximum scintillation, beauty and 'fire' in the diamond. It has 58 facets, and follows the natural shape of rough diamond crystals.

The Round Brilliant shape is a timeless classic that will always be in style.

Princess Cut Diamonds

A princess cut diamond is shaped like an upside-down pyramid, with a square base. The shape creates a bigger top facet and accentuates the natural 'fire' of a diamond. It has grown in popularity recently as an alternative to the traditional Round Brilliant cut.

We use finely crafted princess cut diamonds in the center of many of our engagement rings, to create a big and continuous, sparkling center-piece.

Baguette Cut Diamonds

The Baguette shape, named after the French bread, has a long rectangular shape. The baguette shape accentuates the diamond's natural luster and is well suited to accompany other different shaped diamonds. It is rarely made in larger sizes, but works well to complement other bigger diamonds used in a design.

Whats the difference between comfort fit and regular fit?

The noticeable difference lies within the interior contour of the rings­ - essentially its curvature. A regular fit is flat, or concave to the finger while the comfort fit is more convex to the finger. Comfort fit bands are designed with a rounded inside so they slide on easier and sit on your finger more comfortably[PS1] .

Our rings come standard in Regular fit to keep prices affordable, however we also offer a unique My Trio Rings Gallery Fit. The Gallery Fit offers a similar comfort as the Comfort Fit without the uncomfortable costs of the additional gold required for the traditional comfort fit. What size are your rings?

Our rings can be crafted in any size you request! We carry our rings in standard sizes and will gladly re-size your rings as per your request. For more information on sizing, and tips on selecting the correct size, see ourring size guidepage where you can also request a free ring sizersent to your door!

What if I need my ring to be re-sized?

We would be more than glad to re-size your rings for you so that they fit perfectly on your finger! Once we receive your rings, we will take 2 - 3 business days to re-size your rings and have your rings shipped back to you! Can I engrave my rings?

Yes, most definitely! We understand the significance of your wedding rings so why not have them personalized? At My Trio Rings, we offer a discounted engraving service on all of our rings. Feel free to visit our Ring Engraving Guide and add your desired engraving to your order!

Can I customize my ring?

Is white gold made of real gold?

Yes, the gold content in our white gold rings adheres to the FTC requirements. Our white gold rings are crafted in your preference of 10K or 14K and are covered with a layer of Rhodium to give it an extra shine. In fact, rhodium is actually a metal more expensive than gold!  It is recommended that white gold rings be maintained by adding a “re-polish” of Rhodium every 6 to 12 months of wear. How do I checkout?

At My Trio Rings, we make the checkout process as stress-free as possible!

1) Once you’ve found the wedding ring set that you are interested in, select your men's and ladies ring size. (If you're unsure, feel free to request a free ring sizer!)

3)  Click the green “Add to Cart” button and on the following page, hit "Check Out Now!" to enter in your email and a desired password.

4) Enter your billing information on our secure payment system and once you click the green “Place Order” button to submit your order, we'll being to process your order for delivery!

How does the layaway plan work?

The Layaway Plan is a convenient and easy way for you to pay for a big purchase by breaking it into pieces and paying for it over time. You can choose among our various options for how you want to break the total amount up into several separate payments over the coming weeks or months. Once you have made all the payments, we will ship you your purchase. Of course if you call or email us, we are happy to process early payments.

Can I make additional layaway payments?

Yes, at any point in time you can send us an email or call us and we can charge an additional payment towards your layaway plan. Once the payment has been made we will go ahead and adjust your layaway plan to reflect the payment.

Can I end a layaway plan early?

Yes, you can pay off your entire layaway plan early if you like. However, we can not guarantee the availability of the ring(s) if you end the plan early. If the rings are out of stock then they would be shipped as soon as they arrive in stock. If you are looking to pay your layaway plan off early we recommend that you contact a representative to let them know so that we can plan to ship accordingly.

Do you accept Google Checkout?

Yes, we accept Google Checkout. To pay using Google Checkout, add your selection to the shopping cart and follow the regular checkout procedure. On the last page of the checkout, you will see an option to pay with Google Checkout.

Do you accept PayPal?

Do I have to pay tax on the rings?

There is tax only in the states of New York and Massachusetts.

Shipping and Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

We're glad to offer free domestic shipping and subsidized international shipping for all of our orders! For the most up to date rates and speeds, feel free to visit our Shipping Guide!

How long does it take for items to be shipped to me?

Your exquisitely crafted wedding rings ship out of our office in New York within 2 - 3 business days of placing your order. Once your rings are ready for shipment, we will gladly deliver your rings to your requested shipping address within 3 - 5 business days in the United States. In the case that we custom craft your rings for you, we will gladly let you know an exact date as to when you will receive your rings!

Is overnight shipping available?

Yes, certainly! We would be more than glad to rush the delivery of your rings in a timely manner if you need them before a specific date! Our overnight shipping option is available for a small charge and your rings will be delivered to you within 1 business day after being shipped!

Is my shipment insured?

All ring orders are shipped via an insured method through the chosen carrier and is included in the shipping rates mentioned on our shiping page. Your shipment is safe, and in the unlikely event that something goes wrong, we have you covered. Simply call us and we’ll gladly help you out.

Do I need to be physically present to receive the shipment?

Yes, your rings are crafted for you and for your protection, we require your signature upon having your rings delivered! We recommend having the rings shipped to a location where you or someone responsible will be present to sign for the package whether it be a residential or work address. To find out delivery hours in your area, UPS will be more than glad to assist you.

I live outside of the United States. Can I still order from My Trio Rings?

We welcome customers from all over the world and have in fact shipped our rings to countries as far as Australia, Ghana, and even Nigeria! For your protection, we will not ship merchandise if we are unable to verify your billing address. Please see our shipping page for the most accurate shipping rates and policies for your specific country. Please also note, customers are responsible for any local duties and taxes that may be asked by your local government in order for delivery to be completed. 

How do I track my order?

As soon as your rings are ready for shipment, we will send a tracking number to your e-mail on file so that you can track the delivery of your rings! If for any reason there are any issues after your rings have left our facility, you will receive email notifications from our shipping service!

What happens if my rings are lost in shipping?

Don't worry! We fully insure our rings when they are shipped. In case they are lost in transit, My Trio Rings will work with the carrier to identify where the shipment was lost and replace the rings if required so that there is no loss to you.

Returns, Repairs and Warranty

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days of the date of receipt, for a full refund or exchange. For more information, please refer to our return policy.

Do you offer repairs?

Under our One Year Warranty, we will gladly repair any defects or reasonable damage free of charge. All our repairs are professionally done to the highest quality standards, by trained jewelers.

After the warranty period, we will still continue to offer the same level of quality repair service at a nominal cost depending on the extent of damage. Once we receive the item we will quote the cost to you before making any repairs.

Is there a warranty on jewelry ordered through the website?

We offer a one year warranty on all our products. This covers all manufacturer’s defects as well as accidental damage to a reasonable extent. See our return policy page for more details, or give us a call and we will be happy to assist you with your repair.
