Before my fiance and I ordered our trio wedding rings, we were skeptical in regards to the rings; the value and quality of the rings... But once i had taken the time to look at local jewelry stores as well as the stores on line. I realized that the value of the rings we saw as well as pricing did in no way match up to what we saw on this website. So after taken in some serious consideration, we decided today 05/02/12, to go with this website. We were even please to know that the BBB, has this company rated at an A-, that was also refreshing to know. Customer service was smooth sailing with ordering. Our wedding date is set for Aug 18th, and we are looking forward to receiving our rings in the very near future...

My fiance and I decided to buy our wedding bands in the Philippines but since I cant sleep that night I started to browse the internet sand aw their site. My Trio Rings really gave me a sleepless nights. haha. When I saw this site, I was really so excited to purchase one. I had my My Trio Rings website saved under my favorites for 3 months deciding to purchase. I researched other jewlery companies website for price and style comparison.My Trio Rings website prices were half the price of other jewlery site and the ring I chosen was a modern up ring for 2012. I talked to the customer rep and explain that the ring was for my 11th anniversay and I need it in 7 days.
To my surprise I received the ring within 3 business days. Awesome! what great customer service, the rep was very professional and understood my needs for an anniversay gift and new the importance to under promise delivery time and went behind service to get my ring to me for my 11th anniversary. What great service!!
