How We Create New Designs

Many factors go into creating and deciding which new designs to add, but overall, we offer those designs that we feel you and your partner will find most attractive and valuable. We select very carefully which designs to turn into Trio Sets - with only about 30% of designs conceived actually making it to the final production phase.

At the center of the process are the 18 in-house designers we employ full time. They communicate and coordinate their plans throughout the company, and make the critical design decisions that end up becoming styles. And while they certainly get information from other experts and industry sources, they never underestimate the very valuable feedback they get from real shoppers and customers - like you!

Also, we are confident the styles you choose are of the best taste and can stand the test of time. Of course we wouldn’t be quite as confident if it wasn’t for our great history of customers, who have afforded us a track record of selling successful designs for over 50 years - over 12 years of which specializing in US market.
